We are pleased to announce that the Urban Design Guide SPD for the Royal Borough of Greenwich has been published for consultation. The study, which we prepared with support by Jan Kattein Architects, aims to provide a comprehensive design guide to intensification in the Royal Borough. It provides design principles for different scales of development, from large scale masterplans on one end to household extensions and shopfront improvements on the other. The draft SPD is supported by a detailed Characterisation Study and a Tall Building Study, which we prepared prior for the Royal Borough Greenwich.
