Stoll Square gets green light

Last night the London Borough of Brent planning committee gave the go ahead for our residential led scheme at Stoll Square on Cricklewood Broadway. The proposal will deliver 239 new homes together with ground floor workspace fronting onto the Broadway.

This is the first phase of a masterplan that replaces two large floor plate retail sheds with new homes set around a connected network of streets and spaces and that will deliver a positive arrival into the northern end of Cricklewood Broadway.

Urban Initiatives Studio worked closely with architects BB Partnership and The Landscape Partnership to develop a scheme that will deliver an exceptional living environment. The development will be car free and a new public space, located at the heart of the scheme, together with a pedestrian street connecting through the site to Temple Road, will provide an attractive environment for sitting out as well as for younger children’s play. A layered landscape of hedges, trees, climbers, living walls and roof gardens will help to create an exemplary green development.
